Capturing OS Array Logs (Intel RAID) #
It may be necessary to capture logs in order to start a support ticket with Arxys. To capture the OS drive logs:

- Open the “Intel(R) Virtual RAID on CPU” utility
- Go to the notification section
- Click on the “Export to CSV file” button to export the logs.
- Note the name and location of the file being generated. Attach this file to the support ticket.

It may be necessary to capture logs in order to start a support ticket with Arxys. To capture the Video Storage drive logs:

- Browse to the path “C:\ArxysSupport\Utilities”
- Locate the “lsigetwin_latest.zip” file and extract it. Note the final path, it will resemble this: “C:\ArxysSupport\Utilities\lsigetwin_latest\lsigetwin_091218”
- Open an administrative command prompt and navigate to the final directory noted in the previous step.
- Type “lsigetwin.bat” and press enter
- The script will run and capture data. Do not interrupt the script. The script is completed when the message “Press any key to continue . . .” is show.
- Press any key to continue.
- Locate the file called out with a .7z extension. Attach this file to the support ticket.
Capturing Video Storage Array Logs (Broadcom RAID BroadcomGET) #

- Browse to the path “C:\ArxysSupport\Utilities”
- Locate the “bcmgetwin120222MR8.3.zip” file and extract it. Note the final path, it will resemble this: “C:\ArxysSupport\Utilities\bcmgetwin120222MR8.3”
- Open an administrative command prompt and navigate to the final directory noted in the previous step.
- Type “bcmget.bat” and press enter
- The script will run and capture data. Do not interrupt the script. The script is completed when the message “Press any key to continue . . .” is show.
- Press any key to continue.
- Locate the file called out with a .7z extension. Attach this file to the support ticket.
Capturing Video Storage Array Logs (Microchip RAID) #

- Open maxView Storage Manager
- Log in using an administrative account.
- From the menu on the left select the server name (host)
- Look for the “System” section in the top menu and click on the “Archive Management” button
- Leave all the options checked and click on the “Save” button
- After a few moments the web browser will download a file called “support.zip” Attach this file to the support ticket.
